Elina Janbakhsh is a highly qualified prescribing pharmacist with a passion for aesthetics, skin health, and women’s well-being. She earned a Master’s in Pharmacy with First-Class Honours from the University of East Anglia in 2021 and completed her training in community pharmacy, developing strong patient care and communication skills. After locuming for two years, she pursued her passion for aesthetics and women’s health, launching You by Elina in December 2023. She furthered her expertise by completing an Independent Prescribing qualification at King’s College, specialising in menopause, and earning a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Injectables—the highest qualification exclusive to medical professionals.​

Dedicated to education and empowerment, Elina actively hosts webinars and workshops to support women’s health. In December 2024, she left community pharmacy to focus on her business and take on a new role as a dermatology prescribing pharmacist at a leading online skin clinic, where she treats hundreds of patients weekly for acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation. Committed to excellence, she continually expands her knowledge through ongoing training and conferences, ensuring the highest standard of care for her patients.
